Pastor Keinan M. Ross is the newly elected and Spirit-led Senior Pastor of First Missionary Baptist Church of Brunswick, Missouri. A vibrant 21-year-old trailblazer, he is a dynamic and visionary servant-leader who stands boldly at the intersection of faith, innovation, and community transformation. Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Pastor Ross brings a fresh fire to the pulpit, a prophetic voice to this generation, and a forward-thinking spirit to the mission of the church.

He is a bold preacher, compassionate shepherd, and strategic builder—passionately committed to revival, restoration, and reaching the next generation for Christ. His ministry is marked by authentic worship, sound doctrine, and a deep love for God’s people. Whether behind the pulpit or in the community, Pastor Ross is known for preaching with both power and precision—connecting timeless biblical truth to today’s real-world challenges.

In addition to his pastoral assignment, Pastor Ross works secularly as a dedicated funeral professional, providing care and comfort to families in moments of grief and transition. His calling to serve extends beyond the church walls, as he ministers with compassion in both the sanctuary and the cemetery—meeting people at the intersection of life and loss with grace and dignity.

Pastor Ross holds a Bachelor of Theological Studies and an Associate of Arts in Theology and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology and Doctorate of Theology from Sure Foundation Theological Institute. His academic depth fuels a preaching ministry that is both theologically sound and spiritually stirring.

Standing beside him in life and ministry is his beloved fiancée and ministry partner, Lady Fay G. Ross—a devoted healthcare professional and the founder of a global sisterhood movement of faith. Lady Fay is a woman of elegance, strength, and prayer, with a heart for healing, sisterhood, and spiritual empowerment. Together, they are building a legacy of love, leadership, and Kingdom advancement.

With a heart for the people and a divine vision for the future, Pastor Keinan M. Ross is leading FMBC into a new season of revival, discipleship, and community impact. Under his leadership, the church is becoming a beacon of hope where the Gospel is preached boldly, the Spirit moves freely, and the people grow deeply.

Leading Lady

Lady Fay G. Ross is a poised, powerful, and purpose-driven woman whose life radiates grace, resilience, and unwavering faith. As the beloved Leading Lady of First Missionary Baptist Church of Brunswick, Missouri, she faithfully stands beside her fiancé and partner in purpose, Senior Pastor Keinan M. Ross, helping to shape and strengthen the spiritual heartbeat of the FMBC family.

A native of a Christian home and the product of a praying family, Lady Fay was baptized at the age of 18, boldly proclaiming her commitment to Christ at her family church. Since then, her journey has been one marked by growth, grace, and God’s guidance. With a dual professional background in healthcare and cosmetology, she has dedicated herself to the holistic care of others—healing both bodies and hearts, one soul at a time.

But it was in 2021 that Lady Fay’s calling took on new shape. Moved by the Spirit and a personal desire to see women healed, whole, and hopeful, she birthed a global sisterhood community that encompassed over 100 women from around the world. What began as a vision of encouragement quickly became a movement—a faith-filled refuge for women who once felt unseen, unheard, and unloved. Under her leadership, this community has:

• Fed the hungry and clothed the needy,

• Partnered with local churches for outreach and discipleship,

• Offered classes on spiritual growth, womanhood, and wellness,

• And created safe, sacred space for transparency, healing, and hope.

Through it all, Lady Fay has remained anchored in her favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:15. This verse doesn’t just reflect her worth—it embodies her walk. With humility and quiet strength, she carries herself as a woman who knows her value, knows her God, and knows her assignment.

Now, as Leading Lady of FMBC, Lady Fay G. Ross is stepping confidently into her public call—helping build a church that is rooted in love, rich in faith, and ready to reach a broken world. She is not only the pastor’s partner—she is a pillar of purpose in her own right: encouraging women, nurturing families, and championing the cause of Christ with elegance and boldness.

A bridge-builder, intercessor, mentor, and visionary—Lady Fay is proof that when grace meets grit, God’s glory shines.
