Lady Fay G. Ross is a poised, powerful, and purpose-driven woman whose life radiates grace, resilience, and unwavering faith. As the anointed First Lady of First Missionary Baptist Church of Brunswick, Missouri, she faithfully stands beside her fiancé and partner in purpose, Senior Pastor Keinan M. Ross, helping to shape and strengthen the spiritual heartbeat of the FMBC family.

A native of a Christian home and the product of a praying family, Lady Fay was baptized at the age of 18, boldly proclaiming her commitment to Christ at her family church. Since then, her journey has been one marked by growth, grace, and God’s guidance. With a dual professional background in healthcare and cosmetology, she has dedicated herself to the holistic care of others—healing both bodies and hearts, one soul at a time.

But it was in 2021 that Lady Fay’s calling took on new shape. Moved by the Spirit and a personal desire to see women healed, whole, and hopeful, she birthed a global sisterhood community that encompassed over 100 women from around the world. What began as a vision of encouragement quickly became a movement—a faith-filled refuge for women who once felt unseen, unheard, and unloved. Under her leadership, this community has:

• Fed the hungry and clothed the needy,

• Partnered with local churches for outreach and discipleship,

• Offered classes on spiritual growth, womanhood, and wellness,

• And created safe, sacred space for transparency, healing, and hope.

Through it all, Lady Fay has remained anchored in her favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:15. This verse doesn’t just reflect her worth—it embodies her walk. With humility and quiet strength, she carries herself as a woman who knows her value, knows her God, and knows her assignment.

Now, Lady Fay G. Ross is stepping confidently into her public call—helping build a church that is rooted in love, rich in faith, and ready to reach a broken world. She is not only the pastor’s partner—she is a pillar of purpose in her own right: encouraging women, nurturing families, and championing the cause of Christ with elegance and boldness.

A bridge-builder, intercessor, mentor, and visionary—Lady Fay is proof that when grace meets grit, God’s glory shines.
