Pastor Keinan M. Ross is the newly elected and Spirit-led Senior Pastor of The First Church Brunswick (formerly known as First Missionary Baptist Church of Brunswick). A vibrant 21-year-old trailblazer, he is a dynamic and visionary servant-leader who stands boldly at the intersection of faith, innovation, and community transformation. Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Pastor Ross brings a fresh fire to the pulpit, a prophetic voice to this generation, and a forward-thinking spirit to the mission of the church.

He is a bold preacher, compassionate shepherd, and strategic builder—passionately committed to revival, restoration, and reaching the next generation for Christ. His ministry is marked by authentic worship, sound doctrine, and a deep love for God’s people. Whether behind the pulpit or in the community, Pastor Ross is known for preaching with both power and precision—connecting timeless biblical truth to today’s real-world challenges.

In addition to his pastoral assignment, Pastor Ross works secularly as a dedicated funeral professional, providing care and comfort to families in moments of grief and transition. His calling to serve extends beyond the church walls, as he ministers with compassion in both the sanctuary and the cemetery—meeting people at the intersection of life and loss with grace and dignity.

Pastor Ross holds a Bachelor of Theological Studies and an Associate of Arts in Theology and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology and Doctorate of Theology from Sure Foundation Theological Institute. His academic depth fuels a preaching ministry that is both theologically sound and spiritually stirring.

Standing beside him in life and ministry is his beloved fiancée and ministry partner, Lady Fay G. Ross—a devoted healthcare professional and the founder of a global sisterhood movement of faith. Lady Fay is a woman of elegance, strength, and prayer, with a heart for healing, sisterhood, and spiritual empowerment. Together, they are building a legacy of love, leadership, and Kingdom advancement.

With a heart for the people and a divine vision for the future, Pastor Keinan M. Ross is leading the church into a new season of revival, discipleship, and community impact. Under his leadership, the church is becoming a beacon of hope where the Gospel is preached boldly, the Spirit moves freely, and the people grow deeply.
